My computer has just started when i get on the internet it redirects me to another website. Like if i am looking up candy labels it leads me to arthertis programs. What am i supposed to do, i use the internet a lot for work. Please help

Get an internet security program that includes anti-spam, anti-virus, anti-spyware and firewall at the very least. Kaspersky, Norton are two providers or use free software that you can download from http://www.download.com
You need do few things if not have already.
1. Turn on pop-up blocker in browser
2. install ‘hijack this’ program (free)
3. install ‘Ad-Aware’ program (free) and make scan
4. Do full virus scan
