What Is The Best For Internet Service In A Rural Area Wireless Air Card Or Satellite Internet?

I am looking for the best route to go for internet use instead of dial up? I have heard of the air time cards and satellite internet. Which one is the cheapest and the best? Also I have three other pc’s and need to use a wireless router with which ever I decide to get.
