I need to use a hard drive with windows XP on from an old laptop in a newer laptop. The newer laptop does not recognize the hard drive from the old laptop. How can I get the laptop to recognize the old laptops hard drive?

my old external hard drive is broken, i cant acces it, but im 100% i can copy all the files on that drive and duplicate it to a new one. What software can do this. im looking for a free powerful software. |
